Path of Exile features four different difficulty labyrinth locations that can be accessed only when certain prerequisites are met— unlocked and finished Ascendancy Trials. Path of Exile Labyrinths can be ran multiple times, as long as the Ascendancy Trials have been finished in their corresponding locations. In this article you'll find all of the Ascendancy Trial Locations and some additional information about each such as the type of traps in that Ascendancy Trial Location and what's the best time to do that certain Ascendancy Trial Location and zone. In order to complete all four Labyrinths, you will need to finish a total of 12 unique Ascendancy Trials at their appropriate locations.
Path of Exile Ascendancy Trial Locations
The information in this article applies to Path of Exile on PC, Xbox and PS4.
After completing Ascendancy Trials at locations we mention, players can access any Labyrinth difficulty that is unlocked by going through the teleport in the Act 3 town which will take you to the plaza. Poe Trials currently have to be completed only once per league per lab difficulty which means that the progress is saved for all your characters on the same account (and league).

How to check already finished Ascendancy Trials?
It's easy, go through the portal in A3 to arrive in the Plaza, there you'll see the Labyrinth menu. Clicking it will show you all of the Ascendancy Trial Locations you've already completed (marked with green).
How to access the Uber Lab?
To gain access to the Eternal (Uber) labyrinth you will need to have passed all of the previous labs and be a minimum level 75. Afterwards, go to the Plaza and bring 1x Offering to the Goddess to access the uber lab through the device. You can either buy the offering from other players, or get it from uber lab trials that spawn randomly when you're mapping.
